Commission a translation

***COMMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN***

*Please note that a few conditions have been updated, so be sure to read the following segment thoroughly.*

1) What is this about?

Let’s say you’re following a series (a Japanese web novel or light novel) that is abandoned, has never been translated or is a few chapters away from being completed, but no one else is translating it. Well, I can do that. Licensed series are simply a no-no, so please do not insist.

2) I want you to translate a 40-page chapter of a random romcom series, will you take it?

As I said above, if the series isn’t being currently translated (best to avoid any potential issues with other fan translators) or isn’t licensed, then I will most definitely accept the job and translate one chapter (or more if you are interested). I will be charging $3 USD per page, so in this scenario, a 40-page chapter will cost $120.

3) How will the content be delivered?

It will be delivered in PDF or EPUB format(Or both if you want) via PM message on discord or e-mail.

4) How will the deal proceed? Do I have to pay first or what?

(Last update March 10, 2023) In order for both of us to make sure that the deal is serious, I will request an upfront payment of the 33% of the total amount to be paid. There will be 3 payments in total, at the beginning, at 50% completion and at 100% completion right before delivery. To make it easier for everyone, let’s use Paypal. A 50% upfront payment and 50% once the content is about to be delivered is optional, if you so desire.

5) What about manga?

Manga are welcome! Chapter 4 of Hundred Spin-off “Radiant Red Rose” can tell you about my editing skills as it’s my most recent manga translation. I’m an amateur but it’s all a matter of practice! As for the pricing, It’s relative to the amount of text on each page, or how much editing I would have to do if there’s a lot of floating text. It will be delivered in PNG format.

  10. Just leaving this here, i lack the money right now but hey maybe someone else finds it interesting, if not then it will be easier to find when i do have the money xD

    The manga version is being officialy translated, but for soem reason i can’t find the novel anywhere. Its not even listed on novelupdates wich is weird.
